The Lane County Dahlia Society will hold its May meeting Thursday, May 4th at 7:30 PM at the Celeste Campbell Center, 155 High Street, Eugene. At this month's meeting a pair of experienced dahlia growers will be on hand to discuss preparation methods for planting a dahlia garden. They will offer advice on when, where, and how to plant your dahlia tubers and will gladly answer any questions. We will also have a limited selection of dahlia tubers for sale at the meeting. All tubers will sell for $3.50 each. Tuber sales begin at 7:00 PM. There will be door prizes and free refreshments available.The meetings are free and open to the public. We hope that you will join us!

After our May meeting, the next chance to purchase from a large selection of dahlia tubers will be Saturday, May 13th. 10 AM-4 PM at the Key Bank on River Road, in front of the Bi-Mart "A Garden Extravaganza"! A sale in conjunction with the Willamette District Garden Clubs. 100's of dahlia tubers for sale along with plant starts, bouquets and garden planters.
