March Meeting

The Lane County Dahlia Society will hold its March meeting Thursday, March 2nd at 7:30 PM at the Celeste Campbell Center, 155 High Street, Eugene. The March meeting will debut a brand new program titled "Dahlia Varieties 101 - What are the right dahlias for your garden?". Written and presented By Lexa C. and Michael C., this presentation is aimed at both Novice dahlia growers and long-time dahlia growers alike. They will give dahlia variety suggestions for both exhibitors and home gardeners. Topics include the best varieties for cut flowers, new exhibition stand-outs, dahlias for the garden border, and unusual dahlia varieties.This power-point presentation is chock full of photos and will be sure to inspire all dahlia lovers for the upcoming season. There will also be door prizes and free refreshments available.The meeting is free and open to the public.
